Μετά από μήνες καθυστερήσεων, η OnePlus άρχισε επιτέλους να κυκλοφορεί τη stable ενημέρωση OxygenOS 11 που βασίζεται στο Android 11 για τα smartphone OnePlus 7T και OnePlus 7T Pro. H OxygenOS 11 beta έχει Always on Display, αλλά η σταθερή έκδοση δεν το έχει, μπορεί να έρθει σε άλλη ενημέρωση στο μέλλον. Ορισμένοι χρήστες αναφέρουν επίσης ζητήματα κάμερας με την ενημέρωση, επομένως δεν είναι σαφές εάν η εταιρεία θα ωθήσει άλλη ενημέρωση για να την διορθώσει.
Η ενημέρωση έρχεται 5 μήνες μετά την ενημέρωση των OP8 και 8 Pro σε OxygenOS 11. Η εταιρεία συνέχισε πρόσφατα την κυκλοφορία του Android 11 για το OnePlus Nord με το OxygenOS 11.1.1.1 μετά την επιδιόρθωση σφαλμάτων. Η εταιρεία προώθησε πρόσφατα την OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 4 για τα OP7 και OP7 Pro, τα τηλέφωνα θα πρέπει επίσης να λάβουν stable την ενημέρωση σύντομα. Η ενημέρωση έχει μέγεθος περίπου 2,8 GB και έχει μαζί την ενημερωμένη έκδοση κώδικα ασφαλείας Android για τον Φεβρουάριο του 2021. - Added the shortcut key for Dark Mode, pull down the quick setting to enable
- Supporting automatically turn on feature & customize time range (path: Settings – Display – Dark Mode – Turn on automatically – Automatically enable from sunset to sunrise/Custom time range)
- Game Space
- Newly added gaming tools box for convenient switches of Fnatic mode. You can now choose three ways of notifications: text-only, heads up and block, just for your immersive gaming experience
- Newly added quick reply feature in a small window for Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram (Enable it by swiping down from upper right/left corners of the screen in gaming mode)
- Newly added mis-touch prevention feature. Enable it, swipe down from the top of the screen, click and the notification bar will pop out
- Shelf
- Newly shelf interface design, the interface is clearer
- Added weather widget, animation effect smarter
- Gallery
- Supporting Story function, automatically form weekly videos with photos and video in storage
- Optimize the loading speed of the gallery, and the image preview is faster
