Η OnePlus κυκλοφόρησε την πρώτη open beta του OxygenOS 11 στα μοντέλα του 2019, OnePlus 7 και 7T και τις Pro εκδόσεις αυτών. Η διάθεση γίνεται σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο – προσωπικά έλαβα χτες το βράδυ την ενημέρωση. Η εγκατάσταση έγινε κανονικά χωρίς προβλήματα ενώ μέχρις ώρας δεν έχω βρει κάποιο bug στο λειτουργικό. Υπάρχουν ορισμένα γνωστά ζητήματα ωστόσο που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε. Η ρύθμιση φωτεινότητας ενδέχεται να καθυστερήσει σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις, ορισμένες συσκευές που συνδέονται με Bluetooth ενδέχεται να μην παράγουν ήχο περιστασιακά ενώ υπάρχει πιθανότητα υψηλότερης κατανάλωσης ενέργειας και μειωμένης σταθερότητας.

Με τη σειρά τους, οι συσκευές OnePlus 7 / 7T, θα λάβουν το νέο αναθεωρημένο OxygenOS 11 με πολλές δυνατότητες (νέα εικονίδια και περιβάλλον εργασίας χρήστη, οθόνη περιβάλλοντος, νέα διεπαφή ραφιού, νέα διεπαφή κάμερας με νέα χαρακτηριστικά και υποστήριξη κωδικοποιητή HEVC, κ.λπ.).

Να ενημερώσω ότι έχω στο κινητό μου (OP7T) την εφαρμογή Oxygen Updater, η οποία με ενημερώνει για ειδήσεις, κατεβάζει τις beta, δίνει οδηγίες για την εγκατάσταση και λίστα με τις παρεχόμενες αλλαγές κάθε φορά. Αν βρω κάποιο θέμα στο κινητό σχετικά με την νέα ROM θα σας ενημερώσω άμεσα!

Για να σας έρθει η ενημέρωση πρέπει να είστε ήδη στο πρόγραμμα beta ή να κάνετε για πρώτη φορά εγγραφή. Στη συνέχεια κατεβάζετε το πακέτο και κάνετε την εγκατάσταση κανονικά από τις Ρυθμίσεις – Σύστημα – Αναβάθμιση Συστήματος. Προσοχή να έχετε κάνει backup όλα τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα, να είστε συνδεδεμένοι σε WiFi και να έχετε φορτίσει το κινητό σας. Διαβάστε το changelog:

  • Dark Mode
    • Added the shortcut key for Dark Mode, pull down the quick setting to enable.
    • Supporting automatically turn on feature & customize time range. path: Settings – Display – Dark Mode – Turn on automatically – Automatically enable from sunset to sunrise / Custom time range
  • Shelf
    • Newly shelf interface design, the interface is clearer
    • Added weather widget, animation effect smarter
  • Gallery
    • Supporting Story function, automatically form weekly videos with photos and video in storage
    • Optimize the loading speed of the gallery, and the image preview is faster

Known issues

  • Potential risks of increased power consumption and instability.
  • In some conditions, the Gallery app might be slower to load and some pictures may not be displayed in the Gallery.
  • The devices (earphones, speaker,s etc.) connected through Bluetooth may not be able to play sound occasionally.
  • Brightness adjustment may lag in some conditions.

Please note:

  1. This Build is only for OnePlus 7/7T unlocked Non Carrier variants, and please make sure the battery level is above 30% and a minimum of 3GB of available storage space.
  2. This OBT Build can be installed on the current Stable build. Later, if you rollback the build, you will return to the previous OxygenOS 11-based Open Beta build.
